Our Shipping Policy

How It Works

Once your order has been received and processed it will be shipped out as soon as possible, we are as eager as you are for you to receive your goods.

Our standard delivery time is 3-5 days, you may receive your items sooner but once its reached the post office or courier its out of our hands but rest assured we have done everything as quickly as we can. ALL orders are sent via a tracked delivery service!

** Customers WILL be liable for all goods sent if the information provided is incorrect. **


Returns and Refunds

How It Works

Not happy and need to make a return? No problem.

Items can be returned within 14 days taking receipt of your goods.

Please contact us with your name and order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reasons for this.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and the customer is liable until the goods have been received by FemFit. Please, for this reason we recommend a tracked delivery method to ensure we receive the goods safely 😊

Please note that returns will not be accepted if the items have been worn, washed, considered to have strong smells (body odour, perfume, deodorants etc), have any visible markings from fake tan, make-up etc or containing animal/human hair. FemFit has the right to refuse a refund if these guidelines are not met.

Swimwear Returns will not be accepted if the hygiene strip has been removed. 

ALL refunds are made via your original payment method-  this may take 3-5 days to reach you.  

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer exchanges, please return the incorrect item and place a new order.

Have you received a faulty item? Firstly we are really sorry to hear this and whilst we carry out inspections on our goods there may be the odd time that something gets missed – mistakes do happen we are only human too. In this event please contact us with your order number, name, the item that is damaged along with a description and photographic evidence.
